Ambassador DiCarlo, President of the NCAFP, addresses the audience
October 28, 2015 saw the NCAFP hold it's annual membership meeting. The meeting was the first to be presided over by NCAFP Chairman Grace Kennan Warnecke and President Rosemary A. DiCarlo. Membership attendance was strong, and those present heard reports from Ambassador DiCarlo on the state of the NCAFP, Ms. Warnecke on the organization's recent Asia trip, Richard R. Howe, Esq. on the financial state of the organization, and Donald S. Rice, Esq. on the nomination of officers for the next year.
The membership elected the following individuals to trusteeship, and some, subsequently, to office:

The meeting was followed by a public panel on U.S.-Russia relations, featuring Thomas E. Graham, Managing Director, Kissinger Associates and Senior Fellow, Jackson Institute of Global Affairs, Yale University, and Professor Ivan Safranchuk, Associate Professor, Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
