The NCAFP held a Track 1.5 U.S.-China-Japan-ROK Quadrilateral conference in New York early in June. Topics included an overview of the security situation in the Asia-Pacific, changing domestic politics and the impact of elections in the U.S. and ROK and upcoming Party Congress in the PRC, and the North Korean challenge.
