On October 11th, the NCAFP hosted a special salon event featuring Elizabeth Rubin, foreign/war correspondent and contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine. She has also written for The New Yorker, Harpers, and the Atlantic Monthly reporting from the Balkans, Afghanistan, the Caucasus, Iran, Iraq, the Middle East, Rwanda, and Uganda.
