On September 14, 2011 the NCAFP hosted a book release and luncheon discussion with Dr. Henry A. Kissinger on the occasion of the publication of his latest book On China. Held at the Cosmopolitan Club in New York City, The Honorable Winston Lord introduced Dr. Kissinger as well as moderated the question and answer session following his remarks.
