On November 8, 2012, the NCAFP hosted an public panel discussion on the Caucasus region. The event featured Dr. Stephen Blank, Professor of National Security Studies at the U.S. Army War College, and Professor Alexander Cooley, Chair of the Department of Political Science and Tow Professor for Distinguished Scholars and Practitioners at Barnard College .
