The NCAFP's Forum on Asia-Pacific Security (FAPS) assembled an influential group of American, Chinese and Taiwanese officials and scholars in New York City on March 25th and 26th to discuss the state of cross-Strait relations. The focus was understandably centered on Taiwan's January 2016 joint Legislative Yuan (LY) and presidential elections.
